Urushibara Ruka, also known as Rukako, is one of the main characters in Steins;Gate. Despite his feminine looks, Rukako is pretty much male. He is described as the "most feminine a woman can be" by Okabe and is often the target of Mayuri's cosplaying hobby. He later joins The Future Gadget lab as Member 006.
