If you have a flat block it will be 385mm for the slab, 2740mm for the ground floor, 250mm for the space between floors and 2590mm for the 1st floor = 5960mm all up. Using the formula, the 1st floor will need to be 900mm + (1/4 * (5960 - 4500)) = 1265mm from boundaries. Ground floor can be 900mm away.

Poor workmenship and warranty. (QLD, Loganholme) We built 2 homes with Clarendon, one of them is an investment property built in mid 2017. We were actually happy with Clarendon's service during the pre- and mid-construction stages, but post- construction/warranty is a different story.
