The SH2 underpass connects Kaitoke Regional Park to rides in Pākuratahi Forest and Te Marua. There is a float parking and turning area available off Kaitoke Loop Road. No horse riding is permitted on Tane's Track or the Mt Climie access road beyond Maymorn fire break track.
